We offer a 21-day return window from the date of purchase for all full-priced items. Garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while express shipping arrives within 1-2 business days. Please note that processing times may increase during peak sale periods.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, KOOKAÏ ships to selected countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Can I return a sale item?

Sale items are eligible for an exchange or store credit only, unless deemed faulty. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I know which size to choose?
